She is also an accomplished, results-driven financial executive with nonprofit financial leadership experience having been the Chief Financial Officer for The Wright Museum of African American History where she led all financial operations.
She was also Vice-President of Finance and Administration at Eastern Market Corporation and Director of Finance at Vanguard Community Development Corporation.
Ms. Rose’s company, SRose CFO Group, LLC, provides local nonprofit organizations assistance in establishing financial controls, budgeting and forecasting.
Andrea Jackson is a long time resident of Maryland, a graduate of Morgan State University, and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Andrea is a former financial manager and is currently Owner and CEO of I Confect, LLC where she cooks and bakes delicious southern fare and pastries.

Dr. Dena M. Williams is a clinical psychologist by trade and has worked with individuals who are justice-involved in underserved communities as well as corrections for 17 years.
Dr. Williams is a fierce champion of mental health awareness and an advocate for re-entry programming.
Her current work focuses on providing training for trauma-informed care, corrections-based crisis intervention, and mental health first aid.
