We unapologetically leverage favoritism by solely recommending, contracting, hiring, and financially supporting the businesses and wealth goals of our Members and their families.

HISTORY

In March 2021, Sharrarne Morton was on a panel of influential women of color sharing their expertise with a group of aspiring female professionals.

The panel's level of synergy, excellence, and intelligence was so great, that Sharrarne was inspired to create a collective of high-powered Black women to share opportunities, increase their wealth, and create a trusted professional and social network.

That idea became Black Door Society.

Black Door Society is an invitation-only and exclusive professional membership organization for women of color in prominent corporate and entrepreneurial roles with a shared commitment to advancing the success and expanding the wealth of our Members and Black women in general.
